Crystal clear and luminous in the glass, this Blanco reveals a graceful movement, with slow-forming legs that hint at a refined texture beneath the surface. Crafted with the drinker in mind, it is smooth, clean, and intentionally designed to avoid harsh burn while still delivering true agave character. Double distilled to ensure a clean, balanced finish.
On the nose, it presents a bright and inviting expression, gently sweet and earthy, with impressions of citrus and soft florals rising subtly. Fresh herbal aromas and grassy nuances follow, grounded by a faint mineral whisper that adds quiet depth.
The mouthfeel is smooth and polished, resting comfortably on the palate with a sense of balance and quiet confidence. Produced with an intentionally high agave input—11kg of Blue Weber agave per liter, compared to the industry average of approximately 5kg—it delivers a fuller body and a silkier texture that carries flavor with ease.
On the palate, cooked agave takes the lead, warm and expressive, unfolding into fresh herbs and soft grassy undertones. A gentle brightness moves through the sip, clean and natural, allowing the agave to remain present without overpowering. The layers emerge slowly, offering a calm, thoughtful complexity that rewards patience.
The finish is understated yet memorable—clean, softly lingering, and marked by gentle warmth that stays just long enough to invite reflection… or another taste.
